The condo Chris sold was for my 86 year old father. Chris communicated very well with him to ensure my dad felt included with all aspects of the sale!!! He was aware of the market value for the property and made timely adjustments to the price based on location and other properties in the area. Chris utilized technology to market the property as the main attraction was the view. The use of a drone to emphasize the view was a great idea! His videos gave prospective buyers a virtual tour from front door to balcony. Chris gave great feedback to us every step of the way. Mom and Dad watched Chris play for the Regina Red Sox as a young ball player. He sure knocked this sale out of the park!! Chris will be our first call when we require any realtor services.
