In 2018 Nikki and I purchased our first home. We had been renting a condo and decided it was time to trade rent payments for mortgage payments. Truthfully the driving factor was being able to give our dog Winnie the back yard she deserves.    We reached out to Brin Werrett (my now boss) to help us o
